- Program. Bear Power Solutions, LLC (“Bear Power Solutions”) offers a customer-care text messaging program. Messages come from our local business number, 601-912-3512.
- Messages you will receive. Conversational, customer-care, and transactional messages only: replies to your questions and support requests, quotes and quote follow-ups, order confirmations and updates, scheduling, and pickup and delivery coordination. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.
- How to opt in. You can opt in only by checking the optional text message consent box on a Bear Power Solutions website quote or contact form. The box is never pre-checked, and you can submit the form without checking it. Giving us your phone number, or doing business with us, does not by itself sign you up for texts.
- Consent is not a condition of purchase. You do not need to agree to texts to get a quote or buy from us.
- Message frequency varies.
- Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for details.
- Opt out. Reply STOP to cancel at any time. You can also reply END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT, or ask us by phone or email. We will send one message confirming that you have opted out, then no further texts unless you opt in again.

- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Privacy. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or text message opt-in data and consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
