Chandler has worked in the transformer industry since graduating college. Being fully immersed in the industry from the start of his career has shaped how he does business—by asking the right questions, understanding real-world applications, and delivering solutions that hold up in the field. His commitment to solving complex problems led him to become one of the founders of Bear Power Solutions.
As a Christian, husband, and father, Chandler values building long-term relationships through business. He is a firm believer that trust, established through clear communication and prompt response times, is the foundation of lasting partnerships.
Ledger Parker
Besides being a founding member of Bear Power Solutions, LLC, Ledger is first and foremost a follower of Jesus Christ. As a husband to his college sweetheart and a father to his sons, his faith is the foundation that guides both his personal life and his work.
Ledger is a licensed attorney who was drawn into the energy sector by his love of hard work, his commitment to delivering quality products and services, and his growing interest in an industry that continues to expand and evolve. Although he entered this field just five years ago, Ledger quickly immersed himself in the details and has become a trusted partner for customers who value accuracy, transparency, and reliability.

Our Location
Our 17,200 sqft plant currently serves as a distribution hub, assembly facility, and houses our oil operations all while being conveniently located off of I20 in Jackson, MS.
